In Beverly Hills, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Beverly Hills is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Beverly Hills is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Came in on a Monday afternoon with a flat tire and was promptly greeted by Sam and Fabi. Sam addressed the situation and informed me of the small hole in a tire. He was courteous and gave great service all around. Fabi helped with the paperwork and had a smiling face the whole time. The repair was quick and to my surprise, the total service was free! For all your tire needs, visit RNR Tire Express. The best customer service I’ve received in a while!

We were on our way to watch a movie and discovered our tire was losing pressure really fast. We pulled in and were greeted by Sam who was professional, friendly and prompt. They repaired our tire quickly with no hassle and we still were able to make the movie time. The staff was exceptional and provided courteous service. RNR Tire Express has a welcoming atmosphere and has definitely earned my business when I need new tires.

I had an excellent experience at RNR on Valley Mills. The entire crew did a fantastic job and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the process easy and stress-free. Thank you to Verenice, who took the time to clearly explain all of the paperwork and answered every question thoroughly same as the entire crew actually. Their professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Overall, the whole team worked together exceptionally well and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend RNR on Valley Mills to anyone looking for a smooth and professional experience. Great job, everyone! 👏👏👏

Fantastic experience and service. Kind staff is quick to greet and help. Mechanics knowledgeable. Went in for an alignment. Worked with Ian to get the specs I wanted. Only place I'll go for an alignment and tire service in Waco. Cost was equal to other shops. New lifts and equipment. Clean shop.

Went back to the Waco RNR Tire talked to the Store Manager Tony about situation and he had another alignment done and put new tires on truck. Asked what caused the situation and he had me talk to the Alignment Technician Luis who told me the 1st alignment done by Dereck wasnt done correctly. Got an 2nd alignment and the same results with the tires so I went back and I was told by Jennifer that Manager Tony or Alignment Tech Dereck were no longer with company. Jennifer had Luis look at the alignment again and he said at this time I needed an aftermarket part to fix my alignment. Now with this being said I have had this truck for 10 years and have had 4 sets of tires p
